- 1/2c packed brown sugar
- 1/2c orange juice
- 1/4 c water
- 1 1/2 TB honey
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
- 1x 12oz package fresh cranberries
- 1x 3" cinnamon stick
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard cinnamon stick, cool completely and serve.
Yields 14 servings, 2 TB each
